Yes, I agree the staff is rude and not too bright(especially front/check out) They are FAR from “high class at this location. Women Beware: It’s my opinion now(after being informed by previous worker) that some of the massage therepist are allowed to” Fake Flirt/Fake Flatter Women” JUST FOR MONEY- HOW CHEAP! Yes, being pampered and treated “Special” is part of their job- BUT NOT FLIRTING FOR TIPS/CLIENTS. I took the day off from work for a series of appointments that would total to about three hundred dollars in services and gratuities.When I arrived, no one greeted me. They instead stared at me while taking appointments on the phone from other clientele. After about five minutes, one of the two people minding the phones asked for my name and which services I was there to receive. I was asked three or four times to spell my last name which is five letters long and very average American in sound. When at last I got tired of watching the receptionists back, I went and sat down on the couch nearby.Another thirty minutes passed and I went to the desk and listened to another woman I think it was the owner of the spa – talk on the phone to a technician who didnt come into work. It took her five minutes to finally address the customer sitting in front of her.She asked me several more times to spell my name and asked me again which services I was there for. I have used various people at About Faces in Towson for haircuts, mainucures, pedicures, and a great pregnancy massage and had great experiences. I got one haircut there that I did not like but every other one has been great. The service is top-notch.Pros + great prenatal massage, good haircuts, great shampoosCons – overpriced
