Food was GREAT!!! I was a little disappointed at the Main Course when you boil your own meat, but the Cheese Fondue and your choice of different ways you can have Chocolate Desserts are a MUST HAVE. Yes the courses are a bit pricey, but it is only worth it for the First and Last Course.Pros + Great CHEESE Course and DESSERT CourseCons – Very Expensive

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas and I love introducing friends to it. The tapas style menu makes it great for small to medium sized groups. You also get a lot of variety for a very reasonable price. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and this is my list of favorite dishes and the ones I’d pass on.FavoritesArtichoke toasts- My boyfriend who doesn’t even like artichokes, likes this one.Stuffed Dates- Great flavors and textures. The sweetness from the dates and saltiness from the bacon and blue cheese are such a wonderful combination. The red wine reduction really brings it all together and the almond adds a nice crunch.Albondigas- Just well done meatballs in marinara.Ham and cheese croquetas- Fried meat and cheese, it’s a little hard to go wrong there.Merguez- A flavorful lamb sausage served with red pepper and tomato confit. The sweetness from the confit compliments the slightly spicy sausage nicely.Firefly* fish sticks- Fried tilapia fillets with

Fleur de Lys clearly honors its San Francisco tradition! The room itself is incredibly beautiful, soft and romantic – an eye catcher that welcomes you the minute you enter. Reservations were honored promptly, on a busy Friday evening, and we loved the personable bar tendress we met when we arrived early and had a cocktail before being seated. Our meal itself was outstanding, with beautifully presented dishes, prepared to tasty perfection. The Jubilee of Hierloom Tomatoes burst with a variety of wonderful textures, scents and tastes and my Truffled Halibut was incredible, as were the deserts and items offered “with the compliments of the chef.” Wine parings were smart and good. We did have one disappointment, however, that makes us believe it must be difficult to find good wait staff in las Vegas. The service WAS very good and the meal paced reasonably well, but so many different people showed up at our table that we actually never knew which one was our waiter. Each person des

I have stayed at Bellagio three times and had a great stay each time.Check-in is one of the few sour notes. Twice, I had to wait more than an hour for my room to be ready, which I found bothersome. The property itself is spectacular. The lake with fountain show in front is still terrific, even though I’ve seen it many times. The Dale Chihuli sculpture in the lobby, and the endless display of flowers in the conservatory are among the interior highlights. The array of restaurants is amazing. Picasso and Le Cirque are among the best fine dining restaurants that I’ve ever visited. The buffet is also the best in the city by far. The pool area is also excellent, although it seems in some respects to have been copied from Caesars. The guest rooms are well appointed and include private bars, and electronically controlled curtains and sheers. The casino is sprawling, and some may find the limits too high for their liking.Another point is that it seems like you have to walk miles to get from one plac
