Where is the Best Comfy Hotel Bed in Minneapolis, Minnesota?
I don’t make it to the Twin Cities often, but when I do I like to try out new hotels. I was impressed with Le Bourget Aero Suites. I got a park and fly rate of $129. My wife and I really liked the beds: duvets and pillow top mattresses. The bathroom amenities were also impressive. We had a bite to eat in the bar the night we arrived and enjoyed a tasty breakfast in the morning. The surroundings were comfortable and modern. I would stay here again. Pros + Free Parking , Renovated, CleanCons – newer staff, but nice
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner in the restaurant, with very attentive service. The first course of scallops qualifies as THE best appetizer I have ever had, anywhere. The inn lodgings were as depicted on the website, with two caveats: the “St.Croix view” from the balconies of rooms 28-31 is across two parking lots and a marina; and the rooms were unexpectedly noisy–TV, conversations, and jacuzzi jets were all quite audible in the next room, rather detracting from the “just us” ambience we might have expected. 5 Stars for the food, 3 for the lodging.
