Where is the Best College Scene in San Diego, California?
If you know me, you know I love Mexican. Yes I would rather the authentic homemade kind, but alas, it seems everytime we go to one of those restaurants the husband gets sick. But if you are looking for Mexican from a chain restaurant that is as close to authentic as possible, Fred’s is the place. Nevermind that the atmosphere is fun and inviting and the service was pleasant. It seems to be a big hangout for many in San Diego. Enjoy.
My co-workers and I LOVE to meet up at Harney Sushi. It’s quaint, trendy, and the food is great. Reservations are a MUST as it’s usually OVER-crowded and busy. The in-house DJ spins GREAT music and they have DELICIOUS sake. I must warn you however, the LACK of available parking will tempt you to pull your hair out! And…if you don’t get a good waitress (FAR AND FEW between)…your entire experience can be ruined. We’ve gone several times and usually request the waitresses that have provided us with great service in the past. Harney Sushi is GREAT…but they need a BIGGER PARKING LOT…and they need to send their waitress to a 5-day CUSTOMER SERVICE seminar ASAP!!!!!!! Bon Appetite!
