Where is the Best College Scene in Austin, Texas?
Unable to get a tix for the UT/A&M blow-out, I hunkered down at C&A to watch the game on TV. Another “parent looking” couple struck up a conversation. Lo & behold, they were the owners’ parents. Terrific folks. They invited me to join them, bought me a drink & food, made me feel right at home & comfortable, even though I was by myself. Once the “kids” showed up, it was time to clear out, but it’s nice to find a place where everyone can fit in, and the owners take the mantra of “customer service” to a high level.Pros + Cheerful, well-runCons – Limited parking
