StarBucks is a good but overexpensive coffee, and I find the best cup of coffee at Arby’s it was full flavored with body. I really can’t believe people are paying such outrageous prices for mud.

If you find yourself hungry in Donelson around lunch time – try Phat Bites. You won’t be disappointed. My faves so far are the honey almond chicken salad, cranberry barley, and the spicy humus. Ummmmmm!Pros + convenient to airport, fresh food, Cons – no table service, closes early (3pm)

Ok, Noshville is across from where my sister worked for years, but I never had the chance to eat there. Today, while going into town, I thought I would give it a try. A good friend who keeps kosher is coming to Nashville for Thanksgiving and I thought I would try the place out so I would have a kosher place to bring him, when he visits. So, I parked at the market next door and went in. The hostess was an older lady, who seemed inattentive, unpleasant and not to interested in giving a cheery welcome. While I don’t expect a cheesy, fake welcome, but at least seem happy that you have customers, is my thought. But quickly I was seated and served promptly. They didn’t have sweet tea, which greatly perturbed me given that it is a VERY common beverage in the South, even though they had bar and two types of lemonade. The server, unlike the hostess, was pleasant, attentive and earned his tip. The food was good, but unlike what I had thought before coming there, it was NOT kosher. I am not Jewis

now they are limiting refills on those of us who bought their promo cups. promo cups were sold as buy one refill and then free refills for rest of the day. again, i understand cost, etc, BUT we are advertising for this company. come on Bread and Co. give your loyal customers some kind of break. Pros + convenient for my work, salads are good… pastries have gotten betterCons – prices, inconsistent food and service
