Blue feelings, worries, and woes fade away in this quant hideaway. The java is pleasin’ and there’s a fine selection of tasties as well. The crowd (and I do mean *crowd*) is young, left, and largely of the female persuasion .Pros + Girlz, Inexpensive, CozyCons – Parking, Crowded, Busy

I ordered a bavarian cream turnover and an orange juice for breakfast. The turnover cost $2.25 while the OJ cost $2.69. The turnover was really good, not too sweet, just the way I like it. The ambiance was relaxing. Nothing too fancy about this place, just another coffee house.Pros + Pastries

We live in St. Paul yet head to Bob’s several times a week. The coffee is always good and HOT. Staff and clientele are friendly. The person who rated Bob’s a ‘3’ was apparently trying to make Bob’s what he/she THINKS it is – rather what it really is….a neighborhood coffee shop with great coffee (oh yes, some bikers DO hang out there – not because are looking for street credibility – they already have that & don’t need to get it at Bob’s). However, unlike some coffee shops, Bob’s is very accommodating/welcoming to all clientele regardless of what they drive, how they look or what they wear.

I went there for drinks and although the bar was busy, the bartender took time to make something special. I am not a big drinker so he asked me what flavors liked, how strong I would like the drink to be, and he came up with a great custom drink! What ever he made, I love it and have gone back a few times with friends to enjoy them. Great service, ask for Ben.Pros + serviceCons – none

Ring Mountain Cremery Cafe is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. They have live music weekly and lots of seating. They have a cozy little corner with squishy chairs and boardgames for people who want to be up close and personal with the musicians, and they have booths tucked back on the other side of the room for those who would rather converse and see the music from a distance. They also have some seating outdoors.Ring Mountain has TONS of ice cream and gelato flavors, all of which you can taste if you want to! The service is phenomenal, as well. They have a top notch team of workers who are friendly, cheerful, excited, and helpful. Even though it’s quite busy at times, the line runs smoothly and the workers are extremely patient if you need to ask questions and taste flavors before making your decision. Besides doing their work well, they’re nice and fun and easy to talk with! As a server myself, be friendly to them because they’re a GREAT bunch of people! The
