I have no complaints about The Bank besides the really RUDE bartenders. I purchased a V.I.P. card on a Friday that allows $2.00 drinks ALWAYS. I got there during shift change and when I went to close out my tab, they charged me full price for all my drinks. I politely explained that I had purchased the card, to which the first bartender claimed “couldn’t change what he’d already ran on my credit card.” Which I know if b.s., I’ve been a server and bartender before. So we (my friends and I) started trying to tell him this and finally I gave up and was going to just take the charges…well then a server overheard us discussing this and was like, “yeah we accept those cards,” and went to see if he could do something (Props to him). Then comes in the second bitchy bartender that tells me they A. Don’t sell those cards anymore B. So parking in the area is kind of hard because of all the pay parking lots since its near the jail and in downtown, but one nice thing is that since Pints owns Dozens restaurant across the street, the Dozens restaurant parking lot is free game if you are going there in the evening, problem is there arent alot of parking spots, so either be lucky, or live within walking distance. So generally the help there is pretty nice people, the few times Ive been there the staff is pretty knowledgable and polite….So I ordered Fish&Chips, thinking it would be great, since its a pub and all, but no, its just a medium piece of decent ( not fabulous) piece of salmon, a tray of skinny fries, and a salad made out of iceberg, for $8.45! I can say that what I ate, not only in flavor but in portion, it was not worth the money, I was left hungry even after I was done.
