Where is the Best Cheesesteak in Atlanta, Georgia?
Food was delish but the service was horrendous. I ate dinner here last night with girlfriends to celebrate a special occasion. My credit card was charged THREE times for my meal and friend’s card was charge TWICE. I called the restaurant to attempt to rectify this and host on the phone Richard informed me that there was nothing he could do. I have worked in restaurants and asked to speak to the GM as I am aware that this can be rectified via telephone. (I’ve done it) He told me he could not locate the GM. Naturally, I was upset and I called back in a second attempt to speak with the GM. Richard called me by my first name (I assume he was using caller ID) and told me “I don’t like your tone, you understand and if you want to speak to Eric you will change it” I was FLOORED!! Here they owe me $92 and he is chastising me like a child. I will NEVER eat here again.
