Went here for lunch with my husband, we ordered the coconut shrimp and prime rib. while the food was promptly delivered, and the shrimp were amazing, the prime rib was a great cut but not the rural-herb-encrusted seared that my husband likes. it was sent back and an apologetic waitress filled his plate with ribeye. It was a valiant effort to correct the situation, just a little too late. The ribeye was fatty and overcooked slightly. We left thinking that it would be the last time. We went back again tonite with his parents. The waiter remembered us from the other day, and immediately brought out a free 10$ fantastic appetizer. The rest of the meal was so well-timed and pleasant, the owner even came out to ask if this was better. The quality of the food was really the best I’ve had in a restaurant. If we ever come back to Nashville, even to visit We’ll eat here again. They bent over backwards to see that our experience was the best. Go Ellendale’s!!Pros + friendly night staff, coz

In ShortNancy Vienneau began with a small gourmet cafe in a funky building on Second Avenue. With her catering company, Vienneau offers her full-service catering and party trays for special occasions and parties. For business meetings, there are boxed lunches with oven-roasted beef sandwiches or chicken-almond salads. A variety of cakes and sweets are also available, including pecan brownies.

We had my husbands USS Midway Reunion in Nashville, and I chose Monell’s as the place to have our last dinner all together before everyone departing Nashville. We live in Ca and picked this out only looking at the Internet. OMG, what a surprise this was, and this left a forever memory with everyone as it was so GOOD!!! I have traveled over half this earth and have eaten in places rated from 5 star to those to sleazy to be rated, but I have never eaten at a place where everything served was as well prepared, and as tasty as the food served at Monells. The staff were efficient and friendly, the atmosphere charming, and the food just kept coming and coming, everything was cooked to perfection, and that banana pudding was second only to what my mother in law used to make. It makes a great place to have a group dinner, as you pay individually, very reasonable, all sit together. They don’t accept reservations, but our group was there at the door when they opened at 5:00pm for dinner. My frie

In these uncertain financial times, value is so important. It is value for the dollar coupled with professionalism that keeps A Dream Come True among my favorite caterers in Nashville. The courteous staff that includes Becki, Bre, Allison, Andrew, Jamie, and so many others work effectively to take every order with efficiency, show up with a great attitude and delicious food, then leave, seemingly effortlessly, only after spotless cleanup. All the troops report to Wild Bill Reynolds, an astute businessman who has built a team of individuals that bring their talents and effort forth every time, whether it’s a box lunch for three or a multi-stage event for over 2,500+. ADCT’s incredible chefs understand multiple palates and use fresh ingredients and on-site preparation(when appropriate) to ensure the food is just right when served, and so right that our guests continually seem willing to invest calories and fat grams on an ADCT buffet when they’re not diving into the magnificent

Wife and I went for a special dinner. Food was very good. Both she and I got the five course meal. Soups were good. The chicken soup with leaks and shitaki mushrooms was the best version I have ever had, wonderful dark meat based broth. Next appetizers, escargot was o.k. and crab cake was unremarkable (I’ve had so many wonderful versions up and down the atlantic coast its hard to measure up). Salads were quite good, caesar and heart of palm. For entrees I had the “signature dish” of lamb which was absolutely wonderful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are at all a lamb fan or want to become one. Wife had beef tenderloin which was very good. Dessert, creme brule, which had a overwhelmingly strong citrus flavor to it along with a wonderful bananas foster (Again, too many wonderful versions in New Orleans, USVI and around the country to to measure up to). Overall, a very good dining experience especially for the money. High points were the entrees and chicken soup (I swear it was some
