I thought I was going to have to get new carpet. I saw Harper Carpet cleanings truck on the road this morning and called the number. Mr. Harper answered the phone immediately, was polite, and scheduled the appt for tonight. I was so happy that he was able to come to my house right away since I am having a pampered chef party this weekend and was worried I would have to wait. I could not believe what a great job he did! My carpet looks brand new. Now I do not even have to get new carpet. I just cannot believe it! I wish I could upload pictures. His price was about half of what the company i called yesterday quoted me and they said they would not be able to get certain stains out. The other company also told me I would have to wait two weeks for the next appt.. Mr Harper got out three gum peices off the floor that have been there for a year and you cannot even tell they were ever there. They were literally black before he got there. What is important to me is a company that maintains contact regarding arrival time and coming when promised. They did just that. The crew called as promised to notify us when they were coming, and arrived when they were supposed to. The crew was professional and polite, both dressed in company shirts and did a great job.
