I bought a used 99 Subaru in fair condition. The interior looked awful – mostly dirt and stains. But I needed a AWD vehicle immediately for my wife to get to work safely in the Oregon winter. I didn’t recognize it when I picked it up. It looked so much better inside and out. They really did as much as could be done. I was really surprised to see that they made the engine also look like new. Shortly after driving out of the shop, I had car trouble. I thought at the time that it might have been something they had done to it. Tom the owner did everything he could to take car of it and help me get to a mechanic. When I took it to my mechanic, I found it was not anything Autobella did to my car – I am sure of that. But I was really happy with the way Tom was concerned about it. Stumbled over this place purely by chance. After talking with Jason a few times got good vibes so I entrusted them to polish the paint out on my Ferrari. I wanted the spider webbing taken out of the paint and he was honest up front and told me that it would be improved, but not completely gone. This would have been a good chance for him to give me a false claim/sales pitch but he was honest and did not do so. He also noticed several flaws in the paint that I had never before noticed. I also figured I’d get a little bit of the “Ferrari price adjustment” but they were very honest and charged me about half of what a normal exotic detailer would charge. When I got the car back the spider webbing can still be seen (as he previously informed me) but was very much improved. The paint finish now beams and has that wet look that I was after.
