The detailing left a little to be desired, with carpets, windows, and seats needing some extra work and hard to reach areas overlooked. That said, the guy who cleaned my car had just started working there and finished up in the dark. When I talked to the owner, I believe his name is Dale, he returned my money no questions asked.Bottom line: Pro 1 Mobile Detailing is an honest business that was willing to correct a problem without any hassle. Knowing they will stand by their work is enough for me to recommend them to someone else. I would certainly give them another shot next time I need a car cleaned.
