Where is the Best Budget Hotel in Portland, Oregon?
I’m staying at the Shilo Inn right now and disappointed to find out their “high speed wireless in every room” was a bit optimistic. Evidently only part of the motel has been outfitted with decent wireless signal and my corner room (107) has sporadic signal and then it’s very weak at best. I’m working at a Starbucks now while waiting…
The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and the desk staff was extremely helpful with all questions we had concerning bus routes, restaurants, etc. The location was perfect and we were able to access everything by walking or thought public transportation. Would definately stay here again!
I stayed here on a business trip recently. After reading the reviews, I was nervous about getting a really nasty room. Everything actually turned out fine for me.
