Where is the Best Budget Gym in Chicago, Illinois?
Wow! I have never been a part of anything like this in my life! I actually never write reviews but Dre really deserves this one! She is the most outgoing (and a little crazy 🙂 trainer I have ever met…and she LOVES what she does! She trains with passion and she really wants us to reach and exceed our goals. Read the web site carefully before signing up though. She only wants people who are serious about getting and staying fit. And your mind better be made up because these workouts are SUPER CHARGED AND AWESOME!!! I have been attending for 4 months and I have never had the same workout twice. The trainers are great and all the members help each other get through the workouts. It’s really like a family. Dre calls us her D3 Family…cool, right? Quads gym is a rare find if you have been looking for a serious body building gym in Chicago. This gym is not like some of the other bubble gum health clubs in the city. Downstairs is all cardio equipment, with an area for stretching and abs. The upstairs is a combination of state of the art equipment, and old school weights. They have everything from hammer strength machines to old school dumbells and weights. It’s not a gym that gets super busy. Usually their rush hour is between 5pm and 7pm, and even then it’s not too bad. One draw back is the parking. If you are driving, you will be forced to park at a meter on the street. If you do find yourself on the northside, check this place out. You have to look for though because it’s tucked away on Broadway.
