Where is the Best Brunch in Milwaukee, Wisconsin?
My husband and I fell in love with this location after attending brunch on sunday and after spending time in the park.When we originally booked the location, the staff was helpful and enthusiastic. After the contract was signed, we experienced significant difficulties in working with the staff. The event planner failed to show up for a meeting and did not return our phone calls when we had questions that held significance to the our planning.The overall service was very rude. The bartender actually refused to get me a glass of water at my reception…ME…the bride!!! Not only were the interactions with staff during the planning phase and day of the event unpleasant and uprofessional, the Lodge Manager actually is breaking laws by charging money for couples to hold their wedding ceremony in the county park. The Lodge itself has no claim whatsoever to the park and the park cannot technically be reserved at all. So their $250 site fee for hosting a ceremony in the park is completel
