Where is the Best Brunch in Baltimore, Maryland?
Great greasy spoon that is open late and never fails to deliver excellent food. When I’ve been out on the town with the boys I need grease before hitting the bed. If you’ve been out with the fellas for a night of good ol’ American debauchery this is the place that hits the spot be it burgers, pancakes or anything that goes well after about 15 pints of beer. Pros + cheap and good
Visited Baltimore from Miami & went to Kooper’s Tavern on a rainy Saturday afternoon…wasn’t too crowded but there was a nice mix of locals & tourists drinking, grabbing a bite & watching college football. The bartender, Nicole, couldn’t have been nicer! Manager Jeff was also great, as was the whole staff! Had THE BEST bloody mary I’ve ever had, nice & spicy! Also Nicole suggested their Kooper’s Yellow Tail Ale which was a great light beer. I had the sliders, which were tasty but it’s only 3 of them & they were very small. All in all though I had a great time here & I’ll definitely be going back whenever I’m in the Fells Point area. Pros + Atmosphere, great service, best bloody mary
We enjoyed brunch today at Hull Street Blues. There were six in our party and all raved about the food. The selection was wide ranged and delicious. For a mere $14.95 per person, not only did we all partake of the buffet, but they also served us wonderful freshly made bleuberry pancakes and a creme de cocao french toast dierctly to our table. Yummm! Also a few at our table ordered Bloody Marys which were perfectly spiced and delicious. I would highly recommend this place for Sunday brunch and would certainly try it for dinner or lunch.Pros + Delicous food, nice atmosphere, reasonable priceCons – Parking
I visited Courtney’s Sunday Brunch in October. Their extensive menu made my mouth water. Impressive decor. The buffet was not impressive. It was not crowded, but the food selections were low. The fruit was mushy. The were only 2 waffles on the buffet. I asked our waiter and she had the kitchen staff make me one. The pancakes and fresh made omlet were good. Those were the only items that were worth eating. Everything else was cold and dried up. I ordered the Mimosa and they used pulp orange juice and it was warm! Gross. I could not believe such an elegant place had such nasty food. The potatoes were dry and tasteless, and the lunch items forget it. All I can say is don’t waste your time or money. It cost $25. I asked for the manager and she just listened to me. She did not discount the meal.Pros + clean, great atmosphere, quietCons – cold buffet items, fruit not fresh, food was scarse
