Where is the Best Bridal in Phoenix, Arizona?
So I will start out by saying this shop did have the best prices on the Bridesmaid dresses my friend chose for us to wear in her November wedding, however, I’m not sure the few dollars saved was worth the hassle. First off, the advice we were given regarding the sizes we should order were completely off. I was told according to my measurements I would need to order a dress 4 sizes bigger than my waist to accomidate my bust size. I asked if a size in-between would be a better match and they told me it would not fit on the top. When I got it there was a lot of space on the top and I need to buy something to wear to fill it out. Three of the other girls I know had the same issue with sizing, spending over $75 for alterations. Second of all, my Bride was told she would need to have all the girls’ dresses ordered by July 31st in order for them to come in in the first week of October. DO NOT USE AZTECA WEDDING. This was the most horrible experience ever! After the initial sale of the dress every vist was horrible. The customer service is horrid. ONly a few employees are fluent in english. After wating one month we arrived for the final fitting ONLY to find out NOTHING had been done to the dress. We waited for 2 hours, then tried on the dress and the cups were distorted so the seamstress started over again. Not her fault she was put on the spot. THEN…when she finally finished the alteration she began to put the dress in the bag..we insisted on trying it again.. It seems the seamstress had pricked her finger and stained the dress red… on the breast. The owner’s daughter took the dress and said her dad could get the stain out with chemical from their family owned dry cleaners, which didn’t happen. The owner tried to put the blame on my daughter and I and say we had red lipstick on and got it on the dress. Neither of us wear lipstick..especially red and after wa
I switch to this family owned company 18 months ago because of inconsistant service from other corporate companys. I travel to and from the airport every other week and with the ever present occurrences of flight delays this company has always been on-time, professional, courteous, and flexible. I have only received the best service and they have accommodated requests on short notice due to schedule changes or just plan old lack of preparation due to exhaustion.
