Where is the Best Bridal in New Orleans, Louisiana?
I have recently purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses from here. I actually had no problem picking them out, and they are beautiful, and inexpensive. The only issue i had was when you had to come in from alterations. You could only go on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat from 10-2 only. And they dont take appointments! So i would go at 12 and wait for 3 hours or more!!! No places to sit, not the friendliest staff, no drinks etc… I asked why they dont take appointments, and the lady said because people would come late and it would push everyone back. I say, perform like a doctors office. If your late for you appointment, they pass you up and will try to fit you in later, otherwise you have to make a new appointment. Because waiting there is horrible. Otherwise, i am very happy with my dresses, and the prices. If there is somewhere else with the prices and faster service, go there!Pros + Tons of Beautiful/Cheap Dresses to choose fromCons – You will wait a long time
I went to Town and Country with a few of my bridesmaid and my mom to try on bridesmaid dresses. I don’t live in the New Orleans area so I won’t be getting my dresses from them, but just wanted to go there to try on some and then order from a place closer. The people there are so nice! They have very nice bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. All my girls were able to find dresses that they like (they get to pick there own) and my mom found a dress that she likes too! I also found the most adorable flower girl dress! Very nice place. I only gave them 4 stars since I didn’t purchase anything there, I’m not sure about prices and how they are with alterations and sorts, but the experience I had so very great!
My daughter and I went to a bridal show and saw a beautiful dress displayed. We spoke with the woman at the booth, who said she was Linda Lee. We asked her who designed the dress, and she said she was not sure, the dress had just come in that day. Three days later, we went into the store. There were 3 women behind the counter, 2 of which were helping other customers. The 3rd woman asked other customers in line behind us if they needed a consultant. When they said yes, I asked her if we could also get someone to help us. She very sarcastically said, “Uh, yea. Didn’t you just walk in the door?” We almost walked out then, but my daughter really liked the dress, so she just said that we had been standing there for a while. Finally a woman came over to help us, and my daughter tried the dress on. We looked inside to see who the designer was, but the tag had been cut out of the dress. We asked a salesgirl who the designer was, and she said she didn’t know but would find out. She did
