Where is the Best Bridal in Minneapolis, Minnesota?

I went to macys because they had a couple of the designers I had looked at online. When I came in for my appointment, I gave some pictures to my sales lady and she said in a snotty tone, “we dont have any of these dresses.” I was ok with them not having the styles that I was hoping to try on, but the sales lady was not pulling any styles that were similair. I tried on about 6 dresses and ended my appointment. The dresses I looked at were way too expensive and they did not even look that great. This was my most dissapointing experience while out shopping. Cons – Not very helpful, very expensive

Service was not impressive, quality was ok, variety was good, but overall experience was not memorable, nor happy.Pros + LocationCons – Customer Service

From the moment I walked in, they treated me with the most professional service. I am a size 16 and don’t exactly easily fit into a sample size. It didn’t matter. They helped me into them, reassuring me ‘it doesn’t matter’ when a sitch or two gave way. When I went back to show my mother THE dress, they were preparing for a fashion show. Without hesitation, they kicked a model out of a dressing room. Professional. Kind. And the most beautiful dresses you have ever seen. Just a wonderful experience all around.

I found this store in the The Knot Best of Weddings early summer 2008. I live in Kansas but wanted to find a dress in Minnesota so that my sister and mom could go shopping with me. I emailed Amanda one night to see if I could schedule an appointment for when I was in MN. She promptly emailed me back even though it was well after store hours. That was pleasantly surprising. I was also called by Katie (or Kate) to confirm my appointment a couple days ahead of time. She made sure that I knew prices of the dresses ranged from $1,200 and up over $4,000.My experience at L’Atelier from the first moment we walked in the door was like no other store that I’ve been to…ever. We were greeted immediately and because we had to wait for a room and help (we were a bit early) we were offered water and the chance to look around. When Amanda, the owner, was available she led us downstairs and we reviewed what my wedding dreams were. This is the only place that i was asked about my overall vision
