My name is Tara , I am one of the owners at All About You and would like to respond to the former complaint by the disgruntled Mother of the bride(MOB). In business, as heartbreaking as it may be, I have learned that we cannot please 100% of the people 100% of the time. This particular complaint is a bit frustrating, and although thisMOB feels her complaint is valid, we feel it is not. When she entered our store she was greeted politely by Laura, and asked about the event date; everthing in our store is special order and shipment take time. When Laura discovered an early date she informed Ms. MOB that she would need to “rush” an item to get it here in time. This is not a punishment to her as an idividual, but a standard in the industry. Laura sensed the customers adversion to her and asked Molly to step in. Ms. MOB did not request an new sales associate, nor at anytime complain about Laura or the service we provided.
