Where is the Best Bridal in Cincinnati, Ohio?
I was excited to go to Bridal and Formal as they have the largest supply of bridal gowns in the area. However, they mis-ordered my bridal gown that I ordered 8 months early. They put in the wrong length when they ordered and ordered me the longest length possible instead of the shortest. However, it came in with over 5 months to spare, so I wasn’t too worried. They said they would send it back and put a rush on the new one. I have called multiple times as they suggested that I do to check in on the status. I have been told the same exact answer every time. “It will be in beginning to mid-May.” Well I get married less than one month after that and it is unacceptable, especially noting the fact I purposefuly ordered 8 months in advance on THEIR advice. I have asked what they are going to do as far as compensation for this error and they have sidestepped the question every time, suggesting that I keep contact with my seamstress and figure out a timeline that will work within theirs.
