Where is the Best Bridal in Charlotte, North Carolina?
As the proprietor of this shop, I an completely at a loss as to how I can judge someone’s car when parking is on the side of the building and I spend the majority of my time on the opposite side of the shop. When I receive walk-ins on weekends, when appointments are required, I do my best to accommodate every bride I encounter. When the appointment policy is explained, I give the option to schedule at a later hour that day or on another day altogether. When I explain the policy, most brides will either opt for the above mentioned course of action and come back later. Some brides will ask if they can just look around which I usually have no problem with. I try to give my cell phone number to everyone who walks in the door so if there is a problem, they are free to address it with me directly. I am a New York bride and was visiting my mother in law in Charlotte for a few weeks and we decided we should go shopping I had already been to quite a few stores in New York so I was familiar with (and totally understand) a consultation fee, $25.00 for their great selection was a deal!!! This was actually the last shop I went to in Charlotte and was wonderfully surprised at how beautiful the store is and how amazing the people are, much better than any of the other stores in Charlotte (I was very disappointed in the rest!) I was welcomed with my party of 4 with open arms and was able to find EVERYTHING for the girls in the wedding! My dress, veil (Jet is great), dresses for both mom and mother in law and all the bridesmaids!! Mecklenburg Bridal is a place when you walk in the door you really want to be ?your bridal shop? I was so happy to find the perfect dress at the perfect place!!! I could rave about this place forever, and just a tip for other out of area brides they have AMAZI
While this store may carry great products and good prices, do not be fooled! I shopped there and was thoroughly let down by their service. We ordered some garments to be tailored and not only were there delays, but they were not very accomodating with a resolution to this problem.I would recommend staying away from this store if time is of the essence.
In February, I paid in full for an Ines Di Santo gown. Shannon told me that she sent the order to the designer and that it would be ready at the end of July. I had been calling/e-mailing her to check the status of my dress and I never heard back from her. On June 9th, I received a call from someone named Kaitlin, saying that she was really sorry but, that I would not be getting my Ines Di Santo dress. I asked why??? She said that Shannon would no longer be there to receive my gown…—-dress was never coming anyways!. I demanded her to tell me what was trully going on, she then said that Shannon was going out of business and that La Bella Sposa had been bought by someone else. I asked for my refund, and she told me that she couldn’t give me one. She said Shannon had “money problems.” I told her to have Shannon call me but she said that Shannon could not call me back. I immediately called the designer and they had my order but had not started production as Shannon owes them lo
