Where is the Best Bridal in Austin, Texas?
Pretty dresses? Yes. Helpful consultants? Yes. Be warned, if you decide to get your dress altered there, they will charge you up the bum! Here is a list of my problems with this store: 1. Did not have any “pretty” dresses in my size, and I am not a huge size. I was told if I ordered a dress in my size from a smaller version, it would arrive one week before my wedding. In order to get the dress I really wanted, I was told I had to get the smaller size and take it up. What kind of CHAIN store takes 2 months to ship a dress?! It seemed completely absurd but I had faith the alterations would work out. 2. Because I had to take the smaller size and alter it up, my total for alterations was $297.00 on top of the $464.00 for the dress. I don’t mind paying for all I had done, but read on……………………… 3.
