I use to live in Sante Fe and every Sunday, I would meet friends at Cloud Cliff for brunch. Most of the group would order these delicious pancakes, myself included. I will be going back to visit Santa Fe soon with my new family and you bet my destination will be to Cloud Cliff and those pancakes. If you early enough, 9-ish you don’t have to wait for a table, or not long anyway.
