Where is the Best Breakfast in Charleston, South Carolina?
I have long believed the Arcade Restaurant in Memphis has the best sweet potato pancakes I have ever tasted. Jospeh’s gives them a run for the money and may actually be better. With the toasted pecan butter, it iwould be a shame to ruin them with syrup. The pepper, onion, sausage & cheese omelette was recommended by our server and it was also a great choice. In fact I think I caught a bit of a whispered comment by said maitre ‘d assuring said regular couple they were not encouraging our kind to continue hanging out there. We enjoyed the meal; unfortunately I suffered some mild food poisoning afterwards (hopefully not part of the “discouragement” process.
