Where is the Best Breakfast in Albuquerque, New Mexico?
Get the Sunday paper, make sure your hungry and head up to Le Peep. I have never had a bad meal here. The service is very good. The Eggs Benedict are out of this world. All kinds of pancakes and waffles to try. This is a restaurant that you hope stays open a long time.Pros + Eggs Benedict, Pancakes, Orange Juice
My husband and I saw this restaurant featured on the Food Network and decided to check it out while on a recent trip to Santa Fe. We went on a Sunday after church and saw a line out the door. We knew it had to be good. We actually only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. The staff are very efficient and turned the tables over quickly. I ordered the breakfast burrito with both red and green chile (Christmas style as they call it in Santa Fe). My husband had the chorizo and eggs with a side of homemade potatoes and hash. I liked that instead of toast they provided a basket of muffins and cinnamon rolls that were obviously homemade. It was all wonderfully prepared and the staff were very friendly and made sure our drinks were refilled and we had everything just right. The red and green chile were both very good and both spicy. The decor was cute, all things owls-Tecolate is the spanish word for owl. This is not a fancy place, just good, plain down home cooking with a New Mexican

Rice and beans were both good but probably didn’t qualify for “best ever”. When I finished dinner, I very nearly ordered another combo, it was that fantastic. Now I’m a sucker for creme brule and I noticed they offered it so I’d pretty nearly decided I had to save room for i
