Re: Horrible customer service; mediocre selection, txmif, 6-16-06.I have lost count of the times I have been to Rafain’s since they opened and I have never experienced or observed anything less then food that was outstanding in quality and selection,service that was impeccable and management that has gone above and beyond the efforts of any other establishment I have patronized to make me, my wife and all the guests we havebrought there to feel warmly welcomed. Not just as ” regular customers” but more like family. It is unfortunate that there are people who will make reservations for a large party and notshow up or call ahead to cancel in a timely manner, and to set aside twenty seats on a primedining night and not get the revenue is a big lose for any restaurant. It is not unreasonableto ask for a credit card to ensure there is not complete lose. They have never hesitated to give separate checks in my experience but, with twenty people…there has to be a limit! As for t
