Where is the Best Brazilian Bikini Wax in Phoenix, Arizona?
I went to the salon and they quoted me starting at $95 for full highlight. I got a partial highlight and they colored the under layer of my hair 1 shade and I paid $270!! I almost had a heart attack. It was a great color and cut but no better than anywhere else I’ve ever gone. I have never spent that much on a cut and highlight. I thought the quality was good but not worth the price when I could get the same job done somewhere else for about $100 less.Pros + good area, good parkingCons – way too expensive, shabby interior
Everyone needs to go here! Mood Swings was definitely one of the most accommodating Salons I have ever been to. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxed and the overall spa experience was one of a kind. The services were above and beyond standards and most importantly very efficient. I would have no problem returning to Mood Swings in the future.
