I have been getting spa pedicures & having my eyebrows waxed with Anne for over a year, and I’ve always been more than pleased with the results. Anne is friendly and easy to talk to, and she’s very good at what she does. The facility, tools, and equipment are always *extremely* clean, organized, and well taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pedicure, waxing, or spa treatment. I haven’t had my hair done, but everyone I see always looks great after a cut or color. I come here instead of other places in Waltham, because I always have a good conversation with Anne while I’m there, and that’s really important to me. Skin Innovations and Sophia are amazing. I have been there for waxing and for massage and I have been extremely satisfied with both. Sophia is attentive, thorough and completes all of her work with such care to what I (and her other clients) need. The atmosphere is extremely calming and inviting; simply walking in can relax me after a busy day. The products and materials that Sophia uses are clean, calming and healthy for my skin, which has a tendency to be sensitive. Sophia also has a lot of the same products for sale, including two spectacular lip treatments that make my lips feel full, soft and completely hydrated (essential during the winter months!). The massages I’ve received at Skin Innovations have been so therapeutic. The masseuse is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. I had been going to Galyna at Violet for a while now and I was a really happy customer untill I found out that Galyna’s gone.. I have been trying to find her very hard these couple of months, (even calling up other spas around on Newbury) but didn’t have any luck untill only few days ago, when I was searching her (again!) on google! THere she was, finally! She opened up her own place now in Belmont called “Lavender Spa”, and I went to her yesterday and I’m very happy again! My skin has never looked so good! I went to Violet in Brookline for a deep pore cleansing facial after a friends recommendation and let me just say she is a master at extractions. I left the treatment without one clogged pore. She and her staff are very professional and I could tell that she really loves her work. Not only is it a great experience to sit on the receiving end of one of her sensational facials, but the follow-up and skincare regimen that she put me on TOTALLY cleared up my persistent problem skin. She really knows how to look at your skin, determine the source of skin trouble and address it appropriately. Violet facials are addictive, my pores were clean and skin soft, healthy and glowing.
