Where is the Best Boutique in Dallas, Texas?
I wish that I could write a more favorable review of this store. Don’t get me wrong, the sales girls are super sweet, but my sister, my mother, and I have all been loyal customers since its opening and everytime they call me by my sister’s name. ELEMENTS, GET WITH IT!As for the clothes, if you need a swanky, stereotypically Dallas ‘Silicon City’ outfit, Elements is your haven. Head on over there on your way to Ghostbar. Also, it took them over a month to steam a skirt. Pros + cool ambiance, sweet girlsCons – customer SERVICE, prices (ouch)
You have got to go! I went in here for the first time last week because she is on Best Of Citysearch and she has great prices, and a huge selection of a little of everything! I saw shoes for my 16 year old, jewelry for my mom, dresses for a christmas party and New Years party I am going to and even an upscale sweat outfit I could wear shopping on a Sunday and not feel like I am in a cotton jumpsuit 🙂 She has a nice sitting area in case you bring a ‘friend’ that would like to wait or observe your selections. If you talk sweet to the owner she may even have a beverage for them. Really, it’s a must see, who knew so much could be in something so small! Vote for her today for the 2006 list, it’s no wonder she is the best of many publications ! ( 5 time winner in D magazine) Pros + Selection, all ages shop, great staff.Cons – It’s in a shopping ctr so easy to miss. But LOTS of parking!
My friend and I were in the market for some designer jeans, and we received quite a few recommendations for this place. We stopped by, and definitely were not disappointed. When we went, we did not see any of the huge mainstream brands (i.e. Seven, True Religion). What they did have however was a good selection of styles from labels ranging from the slightly more well-known (Citizens of Humanity, 575, Chip & Pepper) to special imports and underground labels (Taverniti, and others I haven’t heard of).If I had to say anything against the place, it is that their size selection seemed limited. Although, maybe this is due to the fact that they often get new styles and go through what they have rather quickly (or I just have a common waist size). Another thing is, while the ladies working at the shop were extremely helpful in picking out jeans from their selection, it seemed they tended to say everything anyone tried on “looked good”. This place has a good vibe. You walk in and the selection is fun and varied. the service friendly and not pushy ( like some small places). The cushioned seating in front of the dressing rooms are a great place for your friend to sit while you try on a show and they can enjoy a beverage too! The coordinaton of color and style is amazing! I just love this place and the location is away from the malls so I get special atention with great prices as well! Over all a 10! I ‘feels’ good to ‘flirt’!Pros + Special attention with a california flair in style!Cons – limited parking, but worth it with lots of resturants around to walk to.
