My fiance and I have stayed here a couple times now…in the Chaucer room and Lord Byron room. They are unbelievable. Quaint, elegantly-appointed, and charming. They recently added 3 new rooms, so we’re anticipating returning soon.We live in Granite Bay, only a half hour from the hotel, but it’s a great way to escape the house for a night. I recommend to anyone. Jacuzzi tub is a big plus, too…and relax in the swing on the front porch.Pros + Wonderful deco., Themed rooms, Outstanding staff
Inn at Parkside, oh, where to start? I absolutely love this place. The inn is located near both midtown and Old Sacramento giving you the opportunity to enjoy the downtown activities, shops, and restaurants. But the best part is that while you are at the inn you can go out, or just stay in. All of the rooms are amazing, I’ve peeked into all of them 🙂 and the photos just don’t do them justice. Every stay is different just like each of the rooms, since each one is decorated differently. Some show off the original character of the historic mansion while others boast a more modern flair. Some even have spa showers, jacuzzi tubs, and patios. Breakfast has been superb every time I have stayed, and I always look forward to wine and cheese hour. It’s so much fun to enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in the living room or out on the patio. You can spend time alone with your companion or socialize with the owners, innkeepers, and other guests of the inn. Outside on the tiled patio you can enjo
