I am a fan of Louise Erdrich, so naturally when visiting Minneapolis I stopped into her store. I was very impressed by the environment of the store – partly made from real birchbark trees. It has beautiful artwork and jewelry made by Native americans and a good selection of books. My girlfriend and I spent the entire afternoon there.

Lots of books, magazines and a good size music section. They even half a used book section where you can buy and sell. The coffee shop inside is also a nice perk. They are also open until 11pm on Saturdays, great feature.Pros + used books, big selection, diversityCons – chain store
