i just had the best experienve at chaz dean studio! shiri gave me the best haircut and color of my life! i had just went through an awful experience and was feeling real bummed about my hair. i decided the best way to fix my issue was to go to a reputable salon. i ended up with shiri. she was amazing!! first and formost she listend to me, and made helpful sugestions. it was so nice to have someone really get it. she has great personal style and was hilarious. she took excellent care of me, wonderful shampoo (it was like a massage). great atmosphere, and the best haircut and color of my life.. ill never see anyone else again!! I have known Bob for over 20 years, and I think we’ve become good friends during that time. But it’s not due to that friendship that I write this review, it’s mainly due to the few bad ones I’ve read so far on the site. Yes, it can take longer in his salon than in others, no, he probably won’t care that you’ve been sitting there annoyed, listening to him go on and on about something you don’t care about. But if you really trust his judgement and experience and you let the rest be part of the price you have to pay for that level of expertise, you too will become hooked like many others. Over that many years it was natural we would disagree on many issues, and once I even took a one year break from him. During that time I had my hair colored (but not cut) by others, but I was never happy. I had to return to him and accept that Bob was a package deal, and that the positives more than outweigh the negatives. My husband and I moved to Las Vegas in 2005 and since then I’ve been driving the 4
I had been going to the same person for my hair forever. And the haircut and color was okay. I was nervous about trying someone new, but it was time. I called for an appointment and was booked with Haley for a highlight and cut. She was awesome!! Haley made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease by not trying to change my look drastically. My hair had started to get really brassy and she was able to get the color back to a natural looking dimensional blonde. She made a few adjustments to my cut and took the time to give me tips on how to change the style with different tools and products. No one has ever taken so much time to make sure I could do it properly. The salon was clean and the other people working there were so nice. Haley was definitely worth it!! I’ve been going to trim. for about a year now. Kelly Peach for hair, Kelly Baker for eyebrows. Kelly Peach, stylist, has an uncanny knack for finding a style that works for YOU with little to no direction. She also takes time to help her clients learn how they can reproduce a style at home. She’s also great company, which always makes it seem less like an appointment and more like coffee talk.Kelly Baker does the best eyebrows I’ve ever seen and had done on myself! I was referred to this salon a few years ago and to hair stylist Nina Lucas in particular. Since then I have referred over 10 friends here. The staff is cool. The clients are cool. The space is cool. Nina is an amazing pro. She spends 45 minutes blowing out and flat ironing my hair after each cut or putting waves into it. She does this for everyone by the way. She is the only person who could see the barely noticible green tint my hair had after dying it myself. She insisted on fixing it with “mailibu crystals” and It looks sooooo good. Thank YOU!
