Cute little salon with reasonable prices. Matt and Ty do wonderful massage. Sandra does fantastic brows!! They are open late on evenings (though appointments vary according to who you see), which is convenient. They also do specials a few times a year on their gift certificates–10-15% off. So you can buy them for yourself and use them to pay for your services throughout the year at a discount. What a deal!! Downsides–they never have enough people working the disk, so you can expect to become very familiar with their “hold” recording.
My main reason to go here is to make use of the services of Rukhsana. She is amazing! I’ve never had anyone that consistently does such a wonderful job. She does great with my cut and colour and is the ONLY person I have ever trusted to try new things on my hair! I’ve had some great new looks I would never have thought of on my own and get tons of compliments. I brought 3 friends here and they all love her too! She is very friendly and personable and honest about what she thinks will work or not on your hair. She is also VERY talented at what she does and has a great eye for styling someone. this hair salon is wonderful i went there the other day for the first time and let me say it was wonderful experience. the staff is very friendly and very comfortable with clients and each other, they are very professional. i got a complimentary hand massage and neck and scalp treatment. i got my hair cut and styled there and let me tell you it was amazing. everyone knows what they are doing. i recommended alot of my family,co-workers,and friends to this salon. everyone walks out looking beautiful. and the front desk treats you good, that was a plus for me when i walked in they want to make you feel at home i guess you could say. everyone of the staff members are professional down to the assistants there. its a very posittive place and i feel like their goal is to make you the cleint happy. this salon is 100% perfect in my book and im not going no where.and they stay late on wed.and thursday nights if you cant squeeze in any other day. its absolutely perfectPros + parking,security,s
I wanted to tell you about my most recent experience with Serena MedSpa. I have been coming to Serena Medspa for the past couple of years, and would not consider changing to any other spa because of what they do for me. I know I am in very competent hands and always know that I will feel 100 times happier and more beautiful every time -with any treatment! I also KNOW that the staff and -I mean every single one, -really care about me, my wants and needs, and will go out of their way to accomodate me. Karim is a what all business owners should be. He really knows how to treat his clients and knows most, if not all of them by first name which is comforting. He remembers you and treats you like you are special. Good old fashioned caring, courtesy and service. More businesses should be run that way these days.I was in the past two weekends and, it is glorius to get to go and spend part of my Saturday there, I always feel so pretty and special during and afterwards. I have been to several spas at dallas and out of texas and the The Grand Spa does meet its expectations. The Receptionists was so very helpful when I called to book my appointment. Thy broke everythign down for me and took the time to get more than enough information for me. I felt bad keeping her on the phone for so long but she anwered every question and concern that I had. When i went in for my appointment, i was greeted wonderfully and i can not say how wonderful my services were!! I was not pressured into buying anything but after the great day, i went ahead and bought a couple of things to remind me of my day. Everything was quite punctual, I did not miss my doctors apointment that afternoon and I enjoyed my time.
