Where is the Best Barber in Seattle, Washington?
Okay, I shop at a lot of places for clothing. Usually Macy’s and Nordstrom’s. I wanted a coat made by a specific company; Stone Island. There are very few stores in the US that carry this brand. I found exactly what I was looking for at Oslo’s. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the owner John, and was made to feel very comfortable. I asked to see some of the Stone Island coats that they carry, and he brought them out with a smile. John also helped me find the size that fit perfectly. I tried on a few coats and all of them in different sizes. Usually at any of the department stores, you feel like you are bothering the salesperson by trying on so many items. At Oslo’s, I was welcomed to try on whatever I like. Just as well, they held the coats for me (as a man does for his wife) so trying them on was really easy. I was guided in fit and comfort and was given opinions on how they thought each coat looked. The one that I liked the most, John commented that it look
i hear ya seamus! miss that guy. love christine though…like what she did with the shop….wish some compromise could have been reached and the shop ended up somewhere in between of what it is now….some quirkiness is good. plus, i miss elvis. and lennys old skool way of cutting hair and bullshitting like a man’s man about vegas hookers. christine does play pretty good music though and she does wear tight pants….. out with the old in with the new i guess, or something….hope it doesn’t turn into a coffee shop! but come to think of it….that intersection doesn’t have one yet! you’re on to something!!!
It can be stressful and a bit nerve wracking going to a new salon and new stylist but I am so happy with my experience at Oasis. I had been going to the same stylist for years while attending school in Bellingham. Even after moving back to Woodinville I continued to make a trip to Bellingham to continue seeing my stylist because I trusted her and I loved what she did with my hair, every time. After a year of making trips up there to get my hair done I decided it’d be a good idea to find a local stylist. I had gone to Beauty First in the past and knew that my old stylist, Ami (who is great by the way!) had moved to Oasis Spa & Salon. I wasn’t able to get in with Ami but ended up with Heidi instead and was so incredibly happy with the results! My sister had gotten her hair done with Heidi in the past so I knew that she did a great job. The cut and the color have been amazing every time and the overall experience has been wonderful. Heidi is very friendly, laid back, and there’s never an
I have always been a little apprehensive about getting a facial – I had no idea what it entailed and was afraid that it could be incredibly painful. Thankfully, Coleen came to my rescue! When I first arrived, Coleen escorted me into the super quaint waiting room where a warm cup of mint tea was waiting for me. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions – all of which made me feel relaxed and comfortable.During this time I used the restroom and fell in love all over again. I appreciate how much effort was put into the entire atmosphere at Spa Blix. The bathroom had all the essentials – even an incredible shower that blew my mind! After I was done filling out all the required paperwork, Coleen escorted me to into an incredibly tranquil room. I appreciate the fact that the first question Coleen asked was “What are your goals for today’s session?” I LOVE solution/goal oriented individuals. Once Coleen knew what I wanted to work on, she provided me with ti
