I booked a birthday party for 15 people at Ribs. Everything went smoothly with the booking. When I got to the restaurant for the night of the party I was greeted by the restaurant owner with attitude asking me how many people where going to be there. I told her 15 what I booked why do you not have enough seating for my booking? She said we’re really busy and I need the seating. After 15 minutes of arguing with the manager about my booking we where seated. The manager proceeded to interrupt the meal 4 more times asking if there was anyone missing. At this point all 15 of us where there and eating. It is unfortunate that the management was so rude. The food was delicious and the service was great. The waitress we had apologized numerous times to us for her boss. I will never go back because of how poorly my friends and I where treated.
