Where is the Best Barbecue Food in Orlando, Florida?
The expierence that I have at Bubbaloo’s is the same every time I go. This experience can be defined as an atmosphere of down home cooking and service. I love a restraunt where the waiters are not stuffed up your nose while I try to eat. The servers are top notch especially at the Altamonte Springs Location! P.S. I really love going in and ordering Okra, and hearing them say “drop an okra!” I know it will be fresh and crispy!
During our last visit to Florida, we ate at Sonnys and Bonos in Jacksonville. Then we ate at this Fat Boys and of the three, to me this one was the best. When you walk in, the atmosphere is exactly what you expect in a BBQ place. The staff is friendly and the pork was juicy and flavorful and they served potato chips with the sandwich just like I remembered. The waitress was nice and went out of her way to help us find our way back to I-4. If you like BBQ, do not pass this one up! I get so homesick for Florida and good BBQ and this met all my homesick BBQ dreams.Pros + Good food, nice staff, plenty parkingCons – Too far from I-4 if you are in a hurry.
I am a former Longwood resident of 14+ years and now reside in Jacksonville, FL. I am a bona fide FOODIE. Especially when it comes to great Bar B Que. I own my own smoker. I have eaten Que in all but a few states. Until last Friday night I thought the best ribs in the country were at Famous Dave’s (a chain in a bunch of states, but not in Florida and the only truely great rib chain). Without a doubt I can say that this place trumps Famous Dave’s not only in food flavor, but quantity and value. All dinners come with THREE great sides. Especially good were the Southern Style (I am a Chicago native, so no prejudice about the style, they are just good) Green Beans, Baked Beans and crispy crinkle cut fries. The slaw was also good, but skimpy in quantity. When you ask about the number of ribs in the dinner, you will THINK it sounds like a small portion. Folks, these are the BIGGEST, MOST FLAVORFUL JUICY St Louis style spare ribs I have eaten anywhere. I do not recall if dinner is 4 or 3 r
