Where is the Best Barbecue Food in Las Vegas, Nevada?
Food cooking and preparation tastes and feels like a chain restaurant. Which is what it is. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service compared to what I experienced in Hawaii. Maybe it was the tropical climate in Hawaii, but the L&L here felt like just another fast food restaurant. Average not good.Pros + Easy to find locationCons – Average food taste
I’ve eaten here many times since moving here in 1998. The food was always good. I’m not a fan of the flaming hot cajun style of barbeque and, for me, Memphis is just what I like. This weekend we went there because they have a new breakfast menu for Saturdays and Sundays. I found the only correctly done Monte Christo in the entire city. Just the way I want it: ham, swiss cheese, turkey, on egg bread, dipped in batter and deep fried. I have looked for days online and found nothing like it. Here it is in my backyard and I didn’t even know it. Reasonably priced, excellent service. Dan D, our waiter, set us up with an appetizer of “Memphis Minis”. Then the Monte Christo. I thought I was Back at Benji’s in Glendale. Better. It’s HERE!I don’t do well with hot, spicy foods so this place is right for me. I’ve tried Lucille’s and couldn’t get enough milk to put the fire out. I bet that if you wanted a zestier rib meal than I usually order Memphis could fix you up too. Give it a try, nice restaur
