Looking for some heartstopping, BBQ sauce drippin’ texas style meat to sink your teeth into? Cowboy Chow is it. Located in Deep Ellum, an interesting and eclectic neighborhood of Dallas, Cowboy Chow is a restaurant that serves exactly that – food for cowboys. It’s what you’d imagine the place would be, decorated Western style with Western music playing and a saloon type feel inside. Large portions of everything, food isn’t that cheap but in my opinion it was worth it as I had enough for two meals any way. I’ll be back here again next time I’m in Dallas to try some of the other dishes, but my baby back ribs did not disappoint! If you’re looking for anything remotely healthy don’t come to this place 😛 Sides are a little heavy…but hey it’s cowboy food.

(We always jack with each other like that) Again, if you’re into special service don’t come here. If you’re into down home BBQ and overeating this might be your

I took some friends and associates for lunch and found the food to be top notch, professionally prepared with great care and consideration.I found the links to be especially tantalizing, as well as the pulled pork. The only side I sampled were the beans, and they were stupendous. I did not sample the desserts.I did have a chance to speak with the pit master and the owner and found the entire experience very fulfilling.Cannot wait to get back to Dallas.Pros + Great Professionally Prepared Authentic Cuisine
