Where is the Best Barbecue Food in Dallas, Texas?
The entire dining area looks like a picnic table with bench style seating and paper towel dispensers all over the walls. Everything is served up sliced and you get a stack of bread and you can choose to make your own sandwiches if you like. Though the decor is not up to par for me, the food was quite good. We got a little turkey, sausage, and beef and all of those were really smoked right and flavorfull. Try it at least once if you haven’t yet.
I am from East Texas and LOOOVE barbecue!I feel so fortunate to have found Baker’s Ribs.Their potato salad and beans are the best I have ever had.Their meat is always smoked to perfection and just melts in your mouth. The sauce isn’t too spicy and doesn’t taste like the imitation ketchup-y bbq sauces you get at other places.I’d recommend this place to anyone in Dallas looking for good barbecue.Pros + great meats, sides & sauceCons – not enough sides offered (if two is considered not enough!)
I am a critic of ribs and barbeque food. We went to Spring Creek just to grab some lunch on our way out of town, and I was very impressed with the flavor of the ribs, perfect smoking of the meat, and generous sides with our meal. Very satisfying and great value.Pros + Great Ribs, Great BrisketCons – Need more menu option
This is another hooter’s type restaurant where the women show some skin. They may even be more selective than hooters on who they hire. The food menu is limited and is nothing to brag about. The service was great with the exception that they scan your drivers license and make you sign a WAIVER so that the state of Texas can get your personal information at anytime (privacy issues). This reminds me of Utah. I wouldn’t go there. If you want to see scantily clad, barely legal teens go to a gentlemen club not there! Their food is too expensive for their business type model.
