This place is a disaster. Some of the sales people are knowledgeable, others are completely unhelpful. We ordered a variety of furniture and the staff underestimated how long the order would take to arrive. When I called to check on the order, I was treated as if I was a burden to them. Then the timeframe given turned out to be incorrect.This business totally lacks any sort of management or process. It is frustrating to deal with them and I would definitely not recommend them. An entreprenuer in the Twin Cities could do well by giving this place some competition.Pros + Some knowledgeable sales staffCons – After-sale service is a total disaster

Best Baby Store EVER! Great Prices! Awesome customer service! Cool baby clothes and gifts that you cant find anywhere else!I have been there 4 times, and i keep finding things that i didnt see before!
