Needed brake pads. I dropped the car off before work, they looked at it that morning and called back. I needed more work done (calipers). I was disappointed that the price they quoted ended up being a bit lower than the actual price, but they were honest and called when they needed to do more work before they did it. They took time to explain to me why the work needed to be done, which I appreciated, and ended up working out a fair compromise on the final price.
