The indicator light on my dash for “service engine soon” was on and when I brought my car to the dealership where I bought my BMW I was informed by the “car care specialist” AKA “I’m going charge you as much as I can specialist” that my warranty had expired in March and it was already August. The dealer was going to charge me $234 just to plug my car into their computer to diagnose the problem (labor cost included)which is outrageous that doesn’t include the cost of repairing the problem which I was estimating would cost about $1000-$1200. So I went online and found “Bavarian Auto House” and read the reviews. They were all positive which I was skeptical at first so I called and spoke to Joe and told him about my car and he said he could plug my car into the same computer the dealer uses and it would only cost only $58, so I brought my car in and he called me at work a couple of hours later and told me what the problems were and quoted the price of the parts and labor and I only paid a

I brought my car in for a timing belt change and when I picked up my car drove it home and noticed that the AC no longer work. Keep in mind that that morning I drove in with the AC on and it was working perfectly. I brought my car back the next morning and ask them to check it out, the owner “Hung” came out and turn on my AC and told me that the AC compressor is broken and I need to replace it for $450. I told him that it worked perfectly when I brought the car in and all he can say is “it could break anytime”. My car has 70,000 miles on it and the AC has never had a problem prior to this and he refused to take responsibility for it. I’ll be reporting these crooks to the BB bureau. Save yourself a little headache and DON’T ever go to Pro Japanese Auto Repair.

I took my car there because one of my sister’s former co-workers was very happy with them. I took it in to get my A/C fixed and I was hearing noise when I turned. I told them everything that was going on and they said they would check it out and get back to me. When they called me back they said that the A/C needed a new “evaluator core” and that I needed new brakes, and that I needed new fluids (all of them) including a transmission fluid flush. The was a laundry list of things they wanted to do and the total estimate was $1500, this was for a 99 Honda Civic that was and still is in driving condition. They overcharged me on everything, for instance they wanted to charge $130 for a brake fluid flush (my b/f had just had this done for $50 on his car and showed me his receipt) and $250 for a transmission fluid flush (which isn’t even necessary when I contacted the dealer and 2 other repair shops). And the dealer would have only charged $130 for this service, when I brought this up

I took my older car in for repair. The cost they gave me was $700. Which was way over priced and I knew it. But I was stuck and it appeared to be a nice place and I figured they’d take care of it. Was I ever wrong. I didn’t even get the car home without it overheating, a completely different problem than i had to begin with. I returned the car and they wanted to charge me an additional $400 to fix it. The manager ‘richard’ claimed he was trying to help me out by charging me $1,100 but really he was not at all helpful, argumentative and arrogant and really just ripping me off. He didn’t budge, so I had to take my car out of there in no better condition than i brought it in and out $700!! Terrible customer service, terrible place. Don’t be an idiot like me, stay far away from this place!!Pros + noneCons – terible attitude and customer service. arrogant and belittling.

For the past six years I’ve been taking my cars to Bert’s. I own 3 BMW’s and 2 Mercedes, and I won’t take them anywhere else. Give the place a try. You won’t be disappointed.
