Before choosing Hopkins Auto Body I stopped in and was impressed by their shop and by the politeness of the receptionist. I should have went 1 level further before making my decision because that is where all of my problems arose. After getting everything approved and ok’d by my insurance company, I received a call from ‘my rep’ at Hopkins Auto telling me that they could not repair all of my vehicle. I was confused because I had just talked with my agent before this call. It was almost as if they didn’t want the work. I had to go back and talk to my agent again to see what the issues were. She had thought everything was good to go until she received a call from Hopkins Auto Body telling her some made up story.I say made up story because never once during this process did I receive a call asking me what happened to my vehicle. So if they didn’t hear from me, I wonder who they talked too. My agent knew what happened but after checking with her again, she said they never asked her either
