Gabriel did a great job diagnosing the problem with my Audi. He fixed it in exactly the amount of time and for the price he quoted. He even hooked me up with a rental car for the day so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop all day. I have not had one problem since. He took the time to explain the problem so I understood exactly what was wrong. I got WAY better service than at the dealership for a whole lot less. Pros + Gabriel is the best!Cons – none

You know what I love most about Custom Auto Craft? I never have to pay. Not because I’m so buxom and they’re icky men, but because this is the place I take my car when I know insurance (Mercury)…

I brought my automobile in because there was something wrong with my steering. They diagnosed the problem fast, but I didn’t receive my car until the next day late in the afternoon. I ended up paying $700 for a steering part (pinion) and an alignment… half of that was labor! The next morning, my steering was making a horrible grinding sound so I took it back in. I didn’t receive my car until the end of the day. They had put the steering part in the WRONG WAY and I had permanent pen marks all over my steering column from the person who did my alignment. It was completely inconvenient, not that great of a price, and I felt like I wasn’t put as priority, even when I had to bring my car back.
