I’ve been using Phoenix for years and wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else. They make it so easy, I drop my car off on my way to work and then pick it up that afternoon when I get basic service. They offer courtesy cars if you need. They have great customer service and always take care of me. I highly recommend their services.Pros + Fast, Convenient, Location

Hello, my name is Clint, I am one of the managers at our automotive shop on N. Lamar. I am writing in response to the two postings regarding a car being dented (the forum wont let me use the word h1t) in our parking lot; I feel that if the situation was correctly described many would feel differently. The two postings are from a couple that came into our shop on a Thursday and left to goto lunch while we were to do some services. The couple returned approximately 20-25 minutes later, they then walked into the office claiming their car had been run into in our parking lot. Myself and two others walked out with them to look at the car and they preceded to show us where they claimed the car had been dented. Now keep in mind we have parking spots and they decided to park in the middle of the lot; when we looked at the vehicle we noticed that there were several dents in the car, not dings but dents. They pointed the one dent out, which was on the door and said that it wasn’t there wh

Hey, jeep specialists! That sounds great…In the past 26 months i’ve taken my cherokee to them for 3 seperate problems – a brake caliper, some transmission work, and to replace the cooling system after an overheat. Today only the brake works properly of the three. The tranny i can’t entirely blame on them. It’s an older vehicle, so whatever… after all, a grand doesn’t go as far as it used to.My experience with the cooling system is startlingly similar to the other reviewer “horrible service, no quality control” is saying. I initially paid over $800 to get it fixed – water pump, radiator, hoses, flush everything, etc. Take it home and it’s still running hot so i take it back in. Another $200 to replace the fan clutch (seriously). Wow, it’s still running hot. At this point i gave up rather than keep handing over $200 a pop for them to guess and swap out random engine parts.Twenty-six months, $2400+, and i’m driving around with the heater on in a car with a slipping transmission
