What a stand up repair shop! In an era when most are concerned with cutting corners and making the biggest profit with the littlest effort, it is refreshing to see a company adhere to good morals and integrity. Please allow me to explain. Just recently I had taken my car into Meineke to have a tune up, oil change and replace an AC belt. A couple days later, the belt that was replaced snapped, throwing off my alternator belt simultaneously and leaving me and my car stranded. To make a long story short, Meineke attempted to cover their insufficient mechanical skills by saying the problems was not the belt but a deeper issue within my car. Without my authorizing it, Meineke had stripped apart half my engine and left it in pieces when I said I didn?t want them to repair it. In talking with those at Meineke, I have never been treated so poorly and had to deal with so much nonsense, I will be reporting them for potential fraud and at the very least incompetence. After talking with Lee and Ri

Bill and his staff have shown great customer service and very honest systems approach not only in troubleshooting the root cause for my defective catalytic converter but at the same time on designing best possible resolution to the problem. My Acura RSX-S was diagnosed in Chicago originally where I moved from oxygen sensors malfunction not much of cat conv. My cat conv as Bill explained to me has been exposed to rust, salt, snow, rain, pollutants, etc. that literally deteriorated my cat conv. as confirmed by my original theory. I did ask him for some after -market cat conv and he implied that I should not trust that. I ignored his advice but when we tried to have it assembled, the cat conv did not fit. This time I did listen to his advice and just got one from him from dealership. It is expensive but it is the right size and metal components. My car is running great now. His labor charge was rational and he did extra stuff for my car. I’m planning to have my car serviced here from now

I took my honda in for a standard 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance and the service was very quick and professional. It’s really close to MAX / bus stops, which is convienient too. I arrived 10 minutes after they are supposed to open in the morning and actually pulled in right before the mechanic, but hey, who hasn’t been there before, right?

I found Morgan Automotive with an internet search and saw that ninety-nine percent of the reviews on the shop were very good. So, I went to talk to them about a transmission problem with my truck. The mechanic that was going to be working on my truck was in the front office so I got to talk to him as well as Jim the service advisor. Both of them took the time to listen to my explanation of the problem. They were very knowledgeable of the issue and the direction they wanted to go to fix it. Unfortunately, I did not tell them that the truck had a diesel engine. Shortly after dropping the truck off I received a phone call from Jim saying that they were not that familiar with trucks that have diesel engines and they could not work on it because 1) they would be learning on my truck and time equals money/higher costs to me, and 2) they could not guarantee that they could fix my truck. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness and the fact that there was no charge for anything
