Where is the Best Auto Mechanic in Phoenix, Arizona?
I don’t know who posted the five-star review, but my experience has been more like SamVW’s. I went to them because I did not know anyone in town and the people at BAP Auto Parts recommended them. My overall experience has been disappointing to say the least. Although my vehicle seems to be doing okay right now, I found the non-moving parts were not put together fully and well after a job on the motor. The oil was WAY overfilled (this can break out the oilcooler seals, but each person there seems to have a different opinion on the issue, and the manager confidently denies that they overfill beyond the max mark), and their billing is most unprofessional. Not only were charges included for jobs I had specifically been given to understand were not chargeable, but I was not even informed; and there was billing of work and parts not done on the vehicle at all. Kelly Clark is the best Auto Repair shop in Arizona. Being a single female, finding a honest mechanic was very important to me. I’d always taken my car to the dealership for any work, oil change, etc. It was time for a routine oil change and a friend, at work, recommended Kelly’s Auto Shop. I took my car there and have been taking my Lexus to them ever since. They take care of ALL of my car needs. I trust them and they do superior work. They’re honest and only fix what actually needs to be fixed, no trumped up charges. I go to the one on Bell Road. They are definitely the best.
