Where is the Best Auto Body Repair in Nashville, Tennessee?
This is the worst auto repair shop I have ever encountered. My mother’s car broke down on the side of the road on the 4th of July. She was unaware of their reputation, so she had the car towed to their shop. They told her the problem was the fuel pump. They installed a new one, but the car still would not start. Then they told her someone had poured gas in her tank and the entire fuel system had to be cleaned out. So they removed the gas tank and cleaned it, replaced the fuel filter and checked the fuel lines. Next they told her they didn’t know if someone had poured gas in her tank or if she just got bad gas. They recommended cleaning the undercarriage of the car because it had oil accumulated underneath it and it could catch fire. Then they changed out the spark plugs without my mom’s permission and were preparing to replace all 6 fuel injectors! We removed the car from their care and towed it to Jim Reeves Chevrolet. The repair time took 131 days due to the supplier being incapable of getting a replacement fan to Accurate Auto Body. The staff was very kind, although I must admit, I was less than cordial after two months. It was pretty frustrating, but the situation of suppliers not getting the parts to shops quickly was actually pretty common (I called around). The repairs were done efficiently though. This establishment provided an initial estimate that was significantly less than the finished cost due to hidden damages.
